Christmas Party 2025

As is our tradition, we kicked off the holiday season last week with a group review of the past year. Over gingerbread, dominoes, and punch, we looked back on the year. In 2025, we managed to navigate through many uncertainties with clarity and achieve great results – both in our projects and within our own organization. Something we’re all very proud of.

Afterward, we took a shuttle bus from Dresden to Hohnstein Castle. There, we warmed up by the fire with mulled wine and punch before setting off on a special hike: equipped with headlamps, we explored the wintry Polenztal valley. In the darkness, moving only by the beams of our lights, the walk became a moment we will remember for a long time.

The evening concluded with a shared buffet in the castle cellar accompanied by good conversation. And when a board game made its way across the table during our traditional Secret Santa, it didn’t stay unused for long. Without further ado, we played, laughed, and all moved a little closer together.

It was an evening that created space for reflection, exchange, and looking ahead – and that sends us into the new year with a strong sense of togetherness.

We thank our team for an intense 2025 and look forward to everything we will tackle together in 2026.
