What you can ex­pect from us

We of­fer our team mem­bers fle­xi­ble working hours and the free­dom to grow. In small teams of 3 to 6 peop­le, we bring in­te­res­ting pro­jec­ts to life using agi­le, fo­cu­sed me­thods and through con­stant dia­lo­gue bet­ween de­sign, de­ve­lop­ment, and our cli­ents. Our col­la­bo­ra­ti­on is cha­rac­te­ri­zed by nu­me­rous op­por­tu­nities to con­tri­bu­te, as well as high stan­dards for qua­li­ty and per­so­nal re­spon­si­bi­li­ty. We fos­ter a re­spec­t­ful and open working en­vi­ron­ment whe­re every opi­ni­on counts. In the fields of data ana­ly­sis, in­for­ma­ti­on vi­sua­li­za­ti­on, in­no­va­ti­on de­sign, in­ter­face de­sign, and soft­ware de­ve­lop­ment, 20 de­di­ca­ted em­ployees work for our cli­ents in the au­to­mo­ti­ve and che­mi­cal in­dus­tries, IT, and the pu­blic sec­tor, as well as in col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with part­ners from the sci­en­ti­fic com­mu­ni­ty.

Our Of­fice in Sou­thern Dres­den

We love get­ting tog­e­ther for lunch on the ter­race of our his­to­ric vil­la, which fea­tures a small ve­ge­ta­ble gar­den and a char­ming, rustic at­mo­s­phe­re. Tge neigh­bor­hood is home to re­se­arch in­sti­tu­tes and TU Dres­den. The­re are bake­ries, su­per­mar­kets, ca­fe­te­ri­as, and re­stau­rants right ne­ar­by. Want to bike to work? No pro­blem here! We're also ea­si­ly ac­ces­si­ble by pu­blic trans­por­ta­ti­on. Our workspaces ac­com­mo­da­te 2 to 4 peop­le, al­lo­wing for both fo­cu­sed work and team col­la­bo­ra­ti­on. In bet­ween, we take short ex­er­ci­se breaks or hone our coo­king and foos­ball skills. Fresh fruit, good cof­fee, and team-buil­ding ac­tivi­ties, com­bi­ned with ou­tings to the coun­try­si­de, are part of our well­ness pro­gram and fos­ter a po­si­ti­ve work at­mo­s­phe­re.
